夏を意識した「HEY WHAT'S UP?」に対し、本作は初秋に心地よい爽やかなミッドテンポのナンバー。
「愛の鳴る方へ向かって生きて行けば大丈夫。泣いても笑っても一日は一日。ありのままの自分を大切に。まっすぐに素敵に生きていこう。」というメッセージが込められた人生応援ソング。
